This Red White and Blue Glitter Banner with Felt Balls is perfect for a party decoration or a backdrop banner for a photoshoot. This glitter party banner comes with red and blue glitter stars and white felt balls. It's made using thick glitter cardstock and will not shed. The front side is colored glitter and the backside is white. The banner comes prestrung with red and white twine. The stars measure 2.5 inches tall and the banner measures approximately 5 feet in length with about 1 foot of extra string on each side for hanging.
