Shipping Policies

Shipping and delivery options

We ship via United States Postal Service to addresses in the United States.

Standard shipping is USPS First Class mail with tracking but expedited shipping may be purchased during checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Note that upgraded shipping does not shorten production time. Once the item has been delivered to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent via email to the customer.

Delayed orders

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

Lost and damaged orders

Gracie & Marie is not liable for lost and damaged orders after the item has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
