Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and it must be in it's original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can help make the order right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
